DicePoly: Terms of Use

Welcome to DicePoly! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DicePoly website (dicepoly.com) and the DicePoly game application (play.dicepoly.com), provided by the DicePoly team.
By accessing or using DicePoly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Description of Service
DicePoly is a fast-paced online strategy board game. The service allows users to participate in multiplayer matches, trade properties, participate in auctions, and manage virtual finances within the game environment. The game is provided as a web-based application built with Flutter.
2. User Accounts
- Account Types: You may play as a guest or create a registered account.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to protect your account information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- User Information: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information, including your username and display name. Offensive or deceptive usernames are strictly prohibited.
3. User Conduct & Fair Play
To maintain a competitive and respectful environment, you agree NOT to:
- Cheat: Use exploits, hacks, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
- Harass: Use abusive, threatening, or offensive language in any community or interactive features.
- Disrupt: Attempt to interfere with the game servers, matchmaking system, or other players' enjoyment.
- Reverse Engineer: Attempt to decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the DicePoly application.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to DicePoly (including but not limited to logos, artwork, audio, gameplay mechanics, and code) are owned by the DicePoly team and protected by international copyright laws.

- Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play the game for your own non-commercial entertainment.
5. In-Game Economy & Virtual Items
- No Real Value: DicePoly uses virtual currency (Cash, Credits) and virtual assets (Properties, Buildings). These have NO real-world value and cannot be redeemed for real money or legal tender.
- No Ownership: You do not own the virtual items or currency associated with your account; you are granted a limited license to use them within the game.
6. AMC Mechanics & Game Balance
DicePoly includes unique Anti-Monopoly Committee (AMC) mechanics designed to ensure fair play and prevent market stagnation. By playing, you acknowledge that these mechanics are part of the core game design and may impact your in-game assets according to the game rules.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE GAME WILL BE BUG-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DICEPOLY TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
